13.9 End Device or Repeater Missing, Not Responding, or
Alarm not Clearing

Ensure that there is power to the end device or repeater, whether battery
or line power.

If the end device or repeater has power, open the housing per the
product’s installation instructions and press the reset button.
3
If the device has power and pressing the reset button does not resolve
the issue, contact Inovonics technical services at 800.782.2709, option 2.
