Troubleshooting
13.1 Overview

13.2 Pendant Alarms Not Displaying Location Information
1 From the home screen, click “Administration.”
2 Click “Device Categories.”
3 Click the device category of the pendant transmitter not displaying
location information.
4 Ensure “This Category contains Pendants – Collect Location Information”
is checked.
13.3 Pendant Transmitter Stuck in Alarm
1 Click “Administration.”
2 Click “Monitored Devices.”
3 Determine the device name of the pendant transmitter.
4 Press the pendant transmitter’s reset button.
