DIALING TECHNIQUES
This section explains four ways of sending documents to a station. To review how
to enter One-Touch/Abbreviated dialing numbers, see page 21.
Direct Dialing (On-Hook Dialing)
Direct Dialing does not need any settings in advance. You can use your machine
right away by using Direct Dialing. It is as easy as using a telephone set.

If you need a special access number to
get an outside line, dial it first and then
press I PAUSE I to enter a pause before
dialing the full number. A hyphen is
displayed for a pause.
