Turn the power on.

A beep will sound once and the PAPER OUT

indicator will flash. This indicates that there is
no paper installed in the printer.

0 Adjust the printhead gap lever for

the thickness of paper you are
using.

Set the paper feed selector to the
“0 PUSH” position.

The display briefly shows “TRACTOR/PUSH".

O Fold the smoked plastic cover for­

ward by lifting tab on right side.

0 Remove the top cover.
