Carefully position the thermal pad on the heat sink as shown the figure below. Be sure the adhesive side is
against the metal and the clear plastic protective film is facing upward. Rub the center area of the thermal pad
to help it adhere to the metal. Remove the screws and return them to the proper parts envelope.

Remove the clear plastic protective cover from the thermal as shown below. Be sure the thermal pad remains
attached to the metal and does not fold or wrinkle.
Keep the exposed adhesive surface of the thermal pad clean.
