Choosing the best location for the base unit
Where you place the base unit affects the reception quality of the
cordless handset. Therefore, refer to the following when placing the
base unit.
Away from television
sets and other
electronic equipment.
Away from noise sources
such as a window by a
street with heavy traffic.
Away from heat sources,
such as radiators, airducts,
and sunlight.
Away from a
microwave oven.
Away from excessive
moisture, dust,
mechanicai vibration,
or shock.
Away from a personal

Near a central location
Away from another
