1. STUD BOLT INSTALLATION
Install the stud with the double nut fitted onto the TOMEI Outlet pipe.
① The double Nuts are to be installed on the longer thread
side and this will lock the stud into place when fitted.
② Install the Stud Bolt to the TOMEI Outlet.
③ Tighten the nuts with a torque wrench.
TORQUE SETTING 24.5～29.4Ｎ・ｍ（2.5～3.0ｋｇｍ）
④ Remove the Double Nut. ※When using the double nut installation
you will need to pay attention to the
CAUTION lenght of the bolt left.
When you remove the nut(s) the bolt should not move ※Apply the Bolt Smooth Paste to
at all, please always check it. If the bolt has moved prevent metal burns on the bolt so
then the whole process must be repeated. it won't rust weld into place in the
future.

The process below shows how to remove and install the TOMEI Outlet pipe.
※Please keep these parts in storage or in a safe place as you may need them in the
future.
