Removing the I/O Board
1.
Follow the instructions in
Before You Begin
.
2.
Remove the battery (see
Removing the Battery
).
3.
Remove the system board (see
Removing the System Board
).
4.
Pull the latches and release the I/O board from the computer base.
5.
Lift the I/O board out of the computer base as shown in the illustration.
Replacing the I/O Board
1.
Align the I/O board with the notches on the computer base and gently snap until it clicks into place.
