To align the clutch jaws from front to rear, loosen the
two

inch carriage bolts and slide breakaway
clutch in the desired direction.
4. To adjust clutch jaws for full jaw contact, loosen the
two
1 ⁄
2
inch carriage bolts and slide breakaway
clutch until jaws on the fixed half of clutch make
full contact with jaws on spring loaded half of clutch
without compressing clutch spring.

Note: The two

inch (19 mm) hex shafts should have
1 ⁄

inches (3.2 mm) between them when the clutch
jaws have full contact.
