Mount Valve / Plumb Wings
Refer to Figure 8
1.
Unstrap valve block from center section. Uncoil
and stretch attached hoses out to left wing section.
U-bolt valve block to top frame member
.
Note: Mount valve block as far left as hoses will allow.
If the valve block is mounted too far right, it may
interfere with cart hopper during folding.
2. Connect hoses from center section to tee fittings on
wings. On left wing, connect hoses from valve block
to tee fittings.
Note: The SAE O-Ring Boss (ORB) and JIC 37
°
flare-type hose connections do not require sealant
or high torque for a good seal.
3. Route hydraulic hoses under hose clamps on
frame.
4. Carefully check all hoses to make sure none will be
damaged by implement operation. Reroute hoses or
use cable ties to keep hoses in a safe place.
