• Use
the
V/U buttons to select the desired data memory. The current data
memory number is displayed in the “device no.” area of the PLC display.
• Press and hold the 3 button for three seconds until the “current value” area
of the PLC display starts to flash.
• Use
the
V/U buttons to change the “current value” of the data memory to the
desired value.
• Press and hold the 3 button for three seconds until the “current value” area
of the PLC display stops flashing.
3.1.i Tune
Optics
Optic amplifiers are used to monitor the end of stroke probes. To tune these optic
amplifiers you must first set the pump in manual mode per 3.1.e and reset the
DEFAULT values per table 2. Turn pump on per 3.1.c and adjust sensitivity
screws on amplifiers such that the red LED’s increment from 0 to 6 as a
maximum value. CCW reduces the count and CW increases the value.
Inputs 1 & 2 on the PLC will light alternately when set correctly. Upon completion
of optic tuning enable auto tuning per 3.1.d.
3.2 PERFORMANCE CHARTS – PUMPING WITH INLET
SUCTION REQUIRED
Pumping capacity is a function of air supply pressure and volume, suction head,
suction line restrictions, discharge head, discharge line restriction, and fluid
specific gravity and viscosity.
