STEP 8
To attach the support cables, begin by inserting an eyebolt
into the base section opposite the handle.
STEP 9
Place the eyebolt that is attached to the cable in the other-
hole then thread the cable over the first support.
STEP 7B
If you purchased the optional Tool Less kit, insert the
stainless steal thumb knob, apply wing nut, and securely
tighten.
STEP 10
Place the next two eyebolts into the holes in the tip sec-
tion.
STEP 11
Thread the cable through the last support and hook into the
last eyebolt. Tighten the turnbuckle to remove slack.
STEP 12
Attach the handle to the handle bar.
