Refer to the instructions accompanying individual hand cups for information about Inspection,
Cleaning, Service and Replacement Parts.

NSPECTION

CHEDULE
Perform inspections routinely, according to the following frequency schedule:
Every-Lift Inspection
• Examine the vacuum pads and load surface for contamination or debris.
• Examine the hand cup’s vacuum pads, handle and vacuum pump for visual or functional
damage.
• Examine the lifting rope and hand winch for damage, rust or debris.
• Examine the assembly of the main support post and boom assembly for visual damage.
• Check for unusual vibrations, noises or winch resistance while using the Eazi Lifter.
• Inspect to ensure quick links are tightened as directed.
If any deficiency is detected during the inspection, correct it before using the Eazi Lifter and
perform the Frequent Inspection to follow.
Daily Inspection
• Inspect the lifting rope as directed under L

perform the Frequent Inspection to follow.
Frequent Inspection
(
following every 20-40 hours’ use; or whenever Eazi Lifter is out of service for 1 month or more

• Examine the Eazi Lifter’s structure for visual damage.
• Examine the full length of lifting rope (including lifting rope thimble and rope clamp) for visual
damage (see L

If any deficiency is detected during the inspection, correct it before using the Eazi Lifter and
