B Einstellung der saatmenge

1 - Luftzufuhr
- Die Gebläsegeschwindigkeit sollte konstant sein
und 4000 U/min entsprechen; es ist möglich, die
Gebläsegeschwindigkeit am Pilot-Steuermodul
zu kontrollieren. Positionieren Sie die Klappe in
Abhängigkeit von der Art des verwendeten Saatguts, wie
in der nebenstehenden Tabelle angegeben.
Die Klappe des Gebläses hat nur zwei Positionen:
Position
1 (feines Saatgut) und Position 2 (normales
Saatgut).
Achtung, alle diese Arbeitsgänge können nur
ausgeführt werden, wenn sich die Drillmaschine
im Stillstand befindet. Versuchen Sie immer, die
maximale Ausbringungsmenge zu erreichen und
sie muss reduziert werden, wenn Sie ein Aufsprin-
gen von Saatgut auf dem Boden beobachten.
Reduzieren Sie die Streumenge, bis das Aufsprin-
gen verschwindet.
2 - Anderung der Drehzahl des Dosierorgans
Die von der Saatart abhängige Rotationsgeschwindigkeit
des Dosierers den Streumengentabellen entnehmen.
Das Übersetzungsgetriebe befindet sich im Gehäuse links
vom Dosierorgan. (Normal- oder Mikrogeschwindigkeit).
- Rändelschraube lockern, um den Deckel zu öffnen.
- Rotes Ritzel in das schwarze Ritzel schieben
(linke Seite), um mit Normalgeschwindigkeit -a- zu
arbeiten.
- Rotes Ritzel in Richtung Zellenrad herausziehen (rechte
Seite), um die Mikrogeschwindigkeit -b- einzustellen.
- Sicherstellen, dass das rote Zahnrad in seiner Aufnahme
gut verriegelt ist.

1 - Airflow
- The fan speed must be maintained at 4000 rpm; it is
possible to control the speed of the fan through the Pilot
console. Place the flaps according to the seed type used,
as indicated in the opposite table.
The fan flap has only two positions:
position
1 (fine seeds) and position 2 (normal seeds).
Attention: all these processes must be carried out
with the seed drillers deactivated. Always try
working at maximum flow; you can diminish the
flow rate if you notice seeds on the ground.
Diminish the flow until the seeds can no longer be
noticed.
2 - Metering mechanism speed selection
Refer to the calibration charts to select the metering mecha-
nism rotation speed for each type of seed.
The speed reducer can be found in the housing located to
the left of the metering mechanism (normal or micro speed).
- Unscrew the knob to open the cover.
- Engage the red cog in the black cog (on
the left-hand side) to work at Normal speed -a-
- Slide out the red cog towards the metering wheel
(right-hand side) to switch to Micro speed -b-
- Ensure that the red cog is correctly seated in its detent.

Se référer au manuel d’utilisation de la console Pilot
1 - Débit d’air
- La vitesse de la turbine doit être constante et égale à
4000tr/min, il est possible de visualiser la vitesse de la
turbine sur la console Pilot. Positionner le volet selon le
type de graine utilisé comme indiqué dans le tableau
ci-contre.
Le volet de turbine n’a que deux positions :
position
1 (Semence fine) et position 2 (semence normale).
Attention toutes ces opérations doivent être
effectuées semoir arrêté. Toujours essayer le débit
maximum, il faut le réduire si vous observez des
rebonds de semences sur le sol. Réduire le débit
jusqu’à ce que les rebonds disparaissent.
2 - sélection de la vitesse de rotation du doseur
En fonction du type de graine, se référer aux tableaux de
débit (Console Pilot) pour le choix de la vitesse de rotation
du doseur. Le réducteur de vitesse
3 se trouve dans le carter
situé à gauche du doseur (Vitesse Normal ou Micro).
- Desserrer le bouton moleté pour ouvrir le couvercle.
- Engager le pignon rouge dans le pignon noir (coté
gauche) pour travailler en vitesse Normale -a-.
- Sortir le pignon rouge vers la roue doseuse (coté droit)
pour mettre la petite vitesse Micro -b-.
- S’assurer que le pignon est bien verrouillé dans son
billage.
