MK-101 OPeRaTiON
NOTe: To cut diagonal, the Dual 45º Flat Angle Guide (MK Diamond Part No. 134557-MK)
should be used.
DO NOT FORCE THE TOOL. It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which
it was designed.
NOTe: If Cutting the tile in two equal halves, align the tile in the V-notch of the Movable Cutting
Table Ruler/Stop.

Remove the Adjustable
Cutting Guide
(E)
Verify proper cooling flow on
both sides of the blade (See
Maintenance Section to in-
crease/decrease flow)
(B)
Place the Dual 45º Flat Angle
Guide on the Ruler/Stop
(C)
Position the Dual 45º Flat
Angle Guide and tighten the
retaining thumbscrew
(D)
Position the tile against the
Dual 45º Flat Angle Guide and
the Ruler/Stop. Turn the motor
ON
(F)
Perform the cut. Turn the motor
OFF when work is complete
