Distance issue – bring the transmitter (TX) and receiver
(RX) closer together, reduce the amount of solid walls
between the TX and RX.
No Audio
Verify the mute and audio volume setting on the TV.
Audio format setting on the source is incompatible with
system. Change the source to output PCM 2.0, DTS or
Dolby Digital.
IR Remote Issues
Verify the IR emitter is plugged into the transmitter.
Verify the remote batteries.
Verify the alignment of the IR emitter with the IR
window on the front of the source equipment.
Verify there is no fluorescent lighting or radiation
interfering with the IR signals at either the receiver or
the transmitter.
