To activate your account contact Tag Global Systems at 1-800-630-4708. (Service actications can
only be processed by the wireless carriers bewteen 9 am and 5 pm Central time, Monday thru Friday.
Actication orders typically take 1 hour to process through the GSM wireless network partners.)
The dock serial number (located on the white label on the bottom of the dock) is the serial number
required for actication. For future reference you can record your serial number and VIN or license
number here.

Once your account is activated make sure the unit is getting good GSM/GPS signals. Use the hole in
the side of the dock housing to view the troubleshooting LEDs on the GPS unit.

SETUP AND TESTING

Once the system has been fully tested and is functional. Plug Troublshooting Port hole with plug
supplied in hardware bag.
