When lifting personnel, USE ONLY a Gradall manufactured personnel work platform, with proper personnel work platform CAPACITY CHART DISPLAYED in cab. READ AND UNDERSTAND personnel work platform Owner/Operator manual before lifting personnel. DO NOT DRIVE machine from cab when personnel are on platform. All personnel on platform must WEAR A FULL BODY HARNESS, with lanyard attached to a designated anchorage point. When personnel are on platform, the OPERATOR MUST REMAIN SEATED in cab with personnel in direct line of sight. OPERATE CONTROLS CAUTIOUSLY and lightly when lifting or positioning personnel. Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.
