Hourmeter
Figure 4.1 - Hourmeter
The hour meter is basically an electric clock. It ac-
cumulates time when the master key switch is
turned on. The hour meter cannot be reset. An MHP
qualified service technician can use it to tell when it
is time for the periodic maintenance listed in the
maintenance manual.
■
Level Bubble
Figure 4.2 - Level Bubble
A level bubble is located beside the outrigger con-
trol valve, mounted on the trailer base. Watch the
bubble while you set the outriggers. Lower the out-
riggers, front ones first, one at a time just enough to
center the bubble in the circle on top of the guage.
When the bubble is central the platform is level and
the platform can be safely raised.
■
Hydraulic Oil Level
Figure 4.3 - Hydraulic Oil Level
The hydraulic oil level guage is on the side of the hy-
draulic oil tank. It shows the actual level of oil inside
the tank. Read it only when the booms are fully low-
ered and outriggers are raised in the travel position.
The oil level should be within + or - 6mm (1/4”) of the
line.
