Using a 3/16” allen socket, remove the two shift fork set

Remove the two “pressed” detent plugs, switch, and threaded plug from the

front bearing retainer housing (Fig.5).

Rotate the shift rails and slide them out of the case (Fig. 6). Turn the case

back over and remove the shift forks beginning with the smaller fork (Fig.6a).
