g) Dry carefully and fill again.
Start the machine following the instructions contained in " LOADING AND WORKING"

12.- NOTES
If when starting the device through the rotation of the main switch to position "1" the green led
doesn't light, extract the electrical plug from the socket tap and control the lamp. If necessary
substitute it
If the switch returns automatically to position "O" try to operate it after few minutes : if the problem
continues , ask for the intervention of a technician.
If the pumps leak substitute the seals (every machine is supplied with a spare seal)
To carry out this operation follow these instructions:
a) Extract the measuring rods, screw out the ring nut body and extract the unit of the
piston.
b) Extract the internal piston from the external piston.
c) Remove the worn seal (all four pieces) without damaging the piston.
d) Wash and dry very carefully of the seals
e) Lubricate lightly the piston (the lubricant must be compatible with the paint.
f) Remount seals (DIAGRAM 11)
During the remounting phase always procede with great attention.

g) Completely reassemble (following the same instructions for the dismounting and
carrying them out in the opposite sequence).
In case of other problems , don't operate the machine and ask for the intervention of a tecnician.
