It is advisable to top up the containers before the paint level reaches the minimum suggested level
(about 1/4 of the container capacity).
Thanks to this operation you can avoid the emptying. But if the paint level goes under the minimum
value or if the container should completely empty, the operation to eliminate the air in the pumps have
to be carried out after the top up of the paint (without this precaution, the dosing of the colourants
wouldn' t be constant).
Operate the device using the timer twice a day for ten minutes, so that the paint get completely
homogenized.
We suggest to clean the nozzles of the pump with a needle.
This operation should be carried out every day and, in any case, after a long period of not working.
To do that, it is possible to extract the nozzle (1) from the valve (DIAGRAM 9). In this way the
complete removal of the paint is assured.
