3 Installing the Air Locker

3.10

Reinstalling Differential and Axles

3.10.1

Reinstalling IFS Housing

 Reinstall the differential housing into the vehicle.
 Reconnect the drive shaft to the pinion flange.
 Reassemble the stub axles and remaining components according

to your vehicle manufacturer’s service manual.

3.10.2

Reinstalling Axles

 Reinstall the axles and torque down the axle bolts according to the

manufacturer’s specification.

 Reassemble the remainder of the differential assembly

(e.g., hubs, brakes, wheels, etc.) to the vehicle according to your
vehicle’s service manual.

NOTE : Be careful not to damage the axle oil seals with the

spline of the axle.
