Making a connection to a browser service

Activate the settings of the browser service that you want to use:

In the

Services

menu, select

Settings

and

Active service settings

.

Scroll to the set you want to use and press

Activate

.

If you want to use the same service as the previous time, you can skip
this step.

Make a connection in one of the following ways:

Open the homepage of the service: In the

Services

menu, select

Home

.

Tip:

To quickly open the homepage, press and hold

in standby

mode.

Select the bookmark of the service: In the

Services

menu, select

Bookmarks

and a bookmark.

If the bookmark does not work with the current active service
settings, activate another set of service settings and try again.

Key in the address of the service: In the

Services

menu, select

Go

to address

, key in the address (press

for special characters),

and press

OK

.

It is not necessary to add the prefix http:// in front of the address
since it will be added automatically.

Browsing the pages of a service

After you have made a connection to the service, you can start browsing
its pages.

The functions of the phone keys may vary in different browser services.
Follow the text guides on the display.

If you receive or make a call during a GPRS connection,

will be shown

to indicate that the GPRS connection is suspended (in GSM networks
only).

USING THE PHONE KEYS WHILE BROWSING

Use the scroll keys

or

to browse the page.

To select a highlighted item, for example a link shown as underlined
text, press

Open

or

.

Tip:

The function of the middle selection key depends on the item

you have selected on the page.
