To use GPRS service, subscribe to the service from your service provider
and save the GPRS settings for the functions, such as multimedia
messages and WAP services, that you want to use with the GPRS service.
• VOICE KEY
You can start a voice recording or make a call using voice dialing with the
voice key
on the side of the phone.

• JAVA™ APPLICATIONS
Your phone supports J2ME™ (Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition), which is a
version of Java technology specifically designed for small consumer
electronics products. The phone includes some Java applications and
games.
You can install new applications and games from a PC with the Java
installer software or download them from browser services. See
.
• POP-PORT™ CONNECTION
The Pop-Port™ connector allows fast data transfer between the phone and
a PC using the DKU-2 cable. The PC needs a compatible USB port. The
DKU-2 cable is supplied separately.
For the USB connection, you need one of the following operating systems
installed on your PC: Windows 98 SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000,
Windows XP.
• RECEIVING SETTINGS OVER-THE-AIR
In order to use network services such as WAP, MMS and GPRS, you need
to have the proper settings on your phone. If you can receive the settings
as an over-the-air (OTA) message, you only need to save them in your
phone. For availability of the settings, contact your service provider.
