Unplug the power cord for safety.

Open the front cover.

Clean the white roller and the glass strip under the roller with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free
cloth. You will need to lift the two release levers to release the white roller; be sure to lock them
in place when you are through.

Close the front cover.
Cleaning the Print Head

Unplug the power cord for safety.

Press the OPEN button to open the top cover.
Be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges of the metal part shown in
the illustration.
