Scanning a duplex document (For models that support duplex scanning)

a Put the document face up in the ADF.

Check Duplex (Two-sided) Scanning and choose Long-edge binding or Short-edge binding (1).

Adjust the following settings, if needed, in the Scanner Setup dialog box:
„ Scan (Image Type)
„ Resolution
„ Scan Type
„ Brightness
„ Contrast
„ Document Size
d Click Start.
Note
• You can not adjust the scanning area.
• You can not use legal size paper for duplex scanning.
• You can not use the PreScan button to preview an image .
