This is the folder used to save DSS files that have already been sent as e-mail attachments.
Device TreeView
This is the list of devices that are currently connected to your PC.
If USB devices or PCMCIA cards are connected or disconnected while the Dictation Window is
open, the Device TreeView is immediately updated with the names of those devices.
If devices are connected, and you double-click ( Device Manager ),
the connected device is shown below (Device Manager).
Conversely, if you double-click (Device Manager)
but no device icons appear,
it indicates that no devices are connected to your PC.
DS-3000
DSS files are downloaded to the same folder in the Download Tray, as there
are three folders in the DS-3000.
Right-Click Menu (DS-3000)
Open
Opens the folder and retrieves the file information.
Download All
Downloads all DSS files existing in the DS-3000 to the same folders in the
Download Tray.
