RECORDING FUNCTIONS
SHARPNESS
Use this function when you want to soften the contours of the subject or
alternatively when you want to emphasize the contours to achieve a sharper
image.
Note Sharpness settings
HARD: The outline of the subject is emphasized. This
setting is ideal for taking shots of buildings or text.
NORMAL: This is the standard setting for taking pictures.
SOFT:
The outline of the subject is not strongly
emphasized. This setting is ideal for processing
images on a PC.

Open the lens barrier.
The camera turns on in the Record
mode.

Press the button.
The monitor shows the Camera
menu.

Select [PICTURE] using the
/ buttons and press
the button.
