Document Jams

If a document jams while it is feeding
through the ADF, DOCUMENT JAM
appears in the LCD display.

Raise the ADF assembly by pulling up
lightly on the sides of the assemby until it
clicks into the raised position.

Open the ADF Top Cover by pulling up
gently on the Top Cover Lip.

Carefully remove the jammed document.

Close the Top Cover and lower the ADF
assembly until it clicks into the closed
position.
