NOTE
Just as you can record an annotation for a mes-
sage to a single mailbox, so you can add an anno-
tation to a group message. However, you cannot
add more than one annotation to a group mes-
sage.
If you hang up while located in the ANNOTATION
Menu, your message nonetheless will be trans-
ferred or copied. To abort a ‘send’ or ‘copy’ opera-
tion, dial [3] to exit the ANNOTATION Menu, and
then [

] to exit the COPY/SEND Menu.
1. Dial [1].
You hear a recorded announcement: Please state your
message clearly. Then, dial pound (#).
2. Record your annotation, then press {END MSG} or [#];
you receive the END OF RECORD Menu:
3. Press {SAVE MSG} or [2], or hang up without pressing
any button.
The message together with your annotation is copied or
sent to the appropriate mailbox or mailbox group.
