Locating the machine type and model (MTM) number and the system serial number
When calling for technical assistance, you are requested to provide the MTM number and the system serial
number of your tablet. To get the MTM number and the serial number, check the MTM label on your tablet.

Locating the FCC ID and IC Certification numbers
You can find the FCC ID and IC Certification numbers for the installed transmitter cards on the bottom of
your tablet.
