VACUUM CREATION INSIDE OF CONTAINERS

• Connect the appliance to a power socket.
• Switch the machine on by pressing the button (1) ON/OFF” until all the lights on the buttons come on briefly.
• Lift the machine lid (A).
• Place the special suction tube equipped with vacuum fitting on the nozzle (B) located inside the gasket.
• Undo the ring nut (C) of the valve located on the cover of the container to be used so that the inside gasket can move.
• Place the cover on the container (jar, pot, bowl, etc.) inside of which the vacuum is to be created.
• Fix the evacuation fitting (D) on the cover valve.
• Press the button “PUMP” and press down hard on the cover at first (Fig. 1) to create a minimum vacuum inside the container; the machine will then

create the complete vacuum and, once reached, the machine will automatically turn off and be ready for a new cycle.

• Screw down the valve ring nut to prevent the return of the air.

STOPPING OF PACKAGING CYCLE

If the packaging cycle has to be stopped for any reason, (suction of liquids, bag not correctly positioned, etc.) carry out the following:

• Press the button (1) ON/OFF” to stop the appliance.

• Press the button (1) ON/OFF” again to release the movable lid (A - Fig. 2).
