H. System installation
1. Installing the system
Caution!
Danger of poisoning if ventilation is inade-
quate!
Waste-water treatment systems should only
be sited in rooms that can be adequately
ventilated. This is an important prerequisite
when refilling with chemicals.

Important!
The system must be installed on a level
surface and aligned precisely.

Fit the enclosed drain tap (10) to the
connection (A).
2. Installing the waste-water
pump (14)
n
Mounting the pump in the sludge trap:
– minimum of 200 mm above bottom
– The float switches must be able to
move freely
n
Use DN 25 hose to connect waste-water
pump to inlet (F).

Danger!
Dangerous electrical voltages. Installation of
electrical components should only be car-
ried out by a qualified electrician and in
accordance with current local regulations.

Pass pump power supply cable through
opening (C) and connect it to prescribed
terminals on control board.

Important!
Dirty-water pump connected load is a maxi-
mum of 1000 W!
3. Connecting the overflows
n
Use the DN 50 hose to connect the
overflow (B) to the waste water drip tank.
n
Depending upon local conditions, connect
emergency overflow (F) to sludge trug or
into sewers.
n
Depending on the local conditions, con-
nect the discharge (E) to the ABS HDR /
HDS, industrial water collection tank or to
the sewerage system.
n
Depending on the local conditions, con-
nect the discharge (H) to the sewerage
system.
4. Electrical connection
n
Conditions to be fulfilled by socket:
– properly earthed
– readily accessible
– backed up by fault-current circuit-breaker.
5. Connection to high-pressure unit
(for recycled water)
Installation should be carried out in accor-
dance with the assembly instructions for the
relevant mounting kits.
