Setting appointments for others
Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Appointments menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the Appointment for others menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Enter the internal call number of the subscriber for whom you wish to
set an appointment, e.g. "6056".
Scroll to a standard text if required.
All existing appointments for this subscriber will be displayed.
Now enter the new appointment just as you would your own appointments.
