Purpose of This Guide
This guide is written for installers and network administrators who
are responsible for installing and maintaining the switch.
How This Guide is Organized
This guide consists of the following sections:
Chapter 1, Product Description, describes the features and
functions of the switch.
Chapter 2, Installing the Switch, describes the procedures for
installing the switch.
Chapter 3, Troubleshooting, describes how to troubleshoot the
switch.
Chapter 4, Switch Configurations, presents topological illustrations
for the switch.
Appendix A, Translated Safety Information, contains all of the
translated safety warnings documented throughout this guide.
Appendix B, Technical Specifications, presents in tabular form the
switch specifications.
An Index at the end of this guide lists entries according to subject
matter.
