Interpreting the LEDs
The ATM uplink card has one link LED. If there is a valid link, the LED is solid
green. If the uplink card is not connected to any device, or there is a problem
with the link, the LED is off.
The FDDI uplink card has two LEDs. Table 1 provides information about what
the LEDs mean in various states.

Off Off Fail Adapter card is not functional, or driver is not
loaded. Call Allied Telesyn’s Technical Support.
Off On Ring Op Ring operation THRU B (DAS) wrap S for SAS
On Off Cable Error Adapter card is unable to connect; there is a
possible cable problem. Fix the cable problem.

Wrapped Ring operation: wrap A or B (DAS), unused for
SAS
