Wake-on-LAN
The Wake-on-LAN feature enables the network adapter to wake up from a
low-power mode when the adapter receives a network wake-up frame.
To enable or disable the Wake-on-LAN feature, do the following:
1. Access the Advanced Properties.
See “Accessing Advanced Properties” on page 60.
2. Select Wake-on-LAN in the Property box.
The Wake-on-LAN page is displayed as shown in Figure 39.

3. Select one of the following options:
 Enable — The adapter to wake up from a low-power mode when
receiving a network wake-up frame. This is the default setting.
 Disable — The adapter stays in a low-power mode.
4. Click OK.
