You can schedule up to 9 events for the current day by indicating
each event’s start and end time. You can be alerted by the Calendar
function before an event is commenced. Events that are scheduled for
future dates automatically display on your Today events schedule for
that particular day.

for Today the New Event screen displays.

Pressing the
key will offer further options. For example:

Choose your option by pressing the scroll key in the center and enter
your event information. Up to 32 characters can be entered. For more
information on Text and Symbol Entry see “Entering Text, Numbers, or
Symbols” on page 75.
