1. Allgemeines / Funktion
D Die selbstzentrierende
Lünette Typ SLZ dient
zum Abstützen von lan-
gen und schlanken
Werkstücken beim Dre-
hen und Schleifen, um
ein Durchbiegen und
Vibrieren während der
Bearbeitung zu verhin-
dern. Auch als Ersatz
für die reitstockseitige
Körnerspitze oder als
Abstützung bei Innen-
und Endenbearbeitung.
D Funktion
Über einen doppelseitig
wirkenden Hydraulik-
oder Pneumatik-Zylind-
er wird ein Kurven-He-
belsystem betätigt.Das
System ist so optimiert,
daß die 3 Spannarme,
die die Zentrier- und
Stützfunktion bewirken,
unter nahezu symme-
trischer 3 x 120 o Tei-
lung zur Werkstückan-
lage kommen und da-
mit das Werkstück in
idealer Weise einzen-
trieren.
Beim Typ SL ist die
Zentrierfunktion über
ein System von
Zahnstangen und
Zahnrädern betätigt.

D The purpose of this
self-centring steady
rest type SLZ is to give
support to long and
slender workpieces on
a lathe or grinding ma-
chine i.e. to avoid vi-
bration and bending. It
is alternatively suitable
to substitute a tailstock
centre or to support
parts for boring work or
when machining part
ends.
D Function
The cam and lever sys-
tem is operated by a
double-acting hydrau-
lic or pneumatic cylin-
der. This system is thus
optimated that the
clamping arms, effect-
ing centring and sup-
porting function, center
the work piece almost
symmetrically in 3 x
120 o and clamp the
part in an ideal way.
With the type SL the
centring function is
operated over a system
of racks and gear
wheels.

pezzi lunghi e sottili nei
lavori di tornitura e di
rettifica, per impedire
una flessione ed una vi-
brazione durante la la-
vorazione. Serve anche
da equivalente per la
punta sul lato contro-
punta o in funzione di
supporto durante i la-
vori di lavorazione in-
terna ed esterna.
Funzionamento
Tramite un cilindro
idraulico o pneumatico
ad azione bilaterale
viene azionato un si-
stema di leve e camme.
Il sistema è ottimizzato
in modo tale, che i 3
bracci di serraggio re-
alizzanti la funzione di
centratura e di suppor-
tamento, pervengono
all’accostamento del
pezzo in una suddivi-
sione quasi simmetrica
di 3 x 120 o , centrando
in questo modo il pezzo
in modo ideale.
Con il tipo SL la fun-
zione concentrante è
azionata sopra un si-
stema delle cremag-
liere e delle rotelle di in-
granaggio.

D Funcionamiento
A través de un cilindro
hidráulico o neumático
con acción bilateral se
acciona un sistema de
levas y palancas. El si-
stema está optimizado
de tal manera que los 3
brazos de amarre, que
garantizan la función
de centraje y de so-
porte, centran la pieza
a mecanizar casi
simétricamente en
3x120 o y amarran la
pieza de forma idónea.
Con el tipo SL la fun-
ción de centro se fun-
ciona sobre un sistema
de estantes y de rue-
das de engranaje.
