AUTO/FLASH SWITCH – Switches between the Auto and Flash positions. Will illuminate when in
the Flash position. Will also illuminate when any of the SB1-SB6 breakers are turned off or
tripped.
PDA24 MODULE
24VDC TEST POINTS – Test points to measure the actual voltage of the 24VDC power supply.
24VDC INDICATOR LED – LED that illuminates when PDA24 is operating.
F1 – A 7A fuse that protects the 24VDC output.
F2 – A 3A fuse that protects the Input power to the PDA24.
SP170-PDA REAR PANEL
T1- A 10 position terminal block used to wire the PDA to the output file.
T2 - A 10 position terminal block used to wire the PDA to the output file.
T4 (AC INPUT) – A 3 position terminal block for the AC input.
BATTERY CONNECTOR – A four position Anderson type connector for 72V or 96V battery
connection.
BATTERY C/B – A two pole, 25A circuit breaker used to connect the battery to the internal UPS
electronics. It also protects against over-current situations in the battery circuit.
T3 (24VDC) – A four position terminal block that provides +24VDC from the PDA24 module.
CONTROLLER RECEPTACLE (CR) – 120VAC receptacle provided. Powered from the UPS if
bypass switch is in the UPS position or from the line if bypass switch is in the BYPASS position.
RELAYS (T5) – Four sets of normally open and normally closed relay contacts that are
programmable from the LCD display. See section 10.1 for programming instructions.
TEMP SENSOR (T6) – Provided for the Optional external temperature sensor cable.
RS232 PORT – A DB-9 subminiature, female connector that outputs true RS232 communications
signals.
SIGNAL PORT – A DB-9 subminiature, female connector that outputs the open-collector signal
contacts that generate a low state during utility interrupt, low battery and inverter off conditions.
SNMP CARD –
(OPTIONAL) An add-on card that provides Simple Network Management Protocol
(SNMP) access to the UPS controller via a RJ45 connector (LAN). The second RJ45 connector (RS232)
provides a second RS232 port to the controller.
