The recommend SOC is 25%

temperature is 23º C ± 2º C.
Battery not fully charged.
Battery has been stored in a
discharged or 100% charged
state for prolonged period of
time or stored in a very high
temperature environment.
Battery reached cycle life.
Ensure that battery
charges for at least
3½ hours and all (4) LEDs
are lit solid.
