Support STK Option

Support STK Option

1. To add media in the “Support STK9840C Media Dialog Box” you must first select a

device that has 9840 tapes.

Figure 5-4

shows a “$STKL180 Tape Library” being

selected.

Note. This option is only required if your tape library has 9840C tape drives. You must select
the 9840 tapes that will be supported by this drive type. When the tapes are selected, you only
have to update when new tapes have been imported. If you update, all of the tapes must be re-
selected.
