further output of either type of SIM is inhibited for five Service F1 05 F1 7F
minutes. (For example, if SIM=4B4111 is output,
SIM=4B4xYY is not output for five minutes, regardless
of xYY.) This SIM reports the occurrence of this
inhibition.
