Viewing the Object Names of Open SCSI
Devices

You use the SCF NAMES command to view the object names of any objects managed
by the storage subsystem. The NAMES command does not change the state of any
object.

For complete details about the NAMES command, including command syntax, see the
SCF Reference Manual for the Storage Subsystem.

Examples of Viewing the Object Names of Open SCSI Devices

To produce a list of all Open SCSI devices configured on the system:

-> NAMES $ZZSTO, SUB SCSI

To list the name of the Open SCSI device $DEV0:

-> NAMES $DEV0

Examples of NAMES Reports

This example shows the report produced by the command:

-> NAMES $ZZSTO, SUB ALL

This example shows the report produced by the command:

-> NAMES $ZZSTO, SUB SCSI
