Load documents
1. Open the scanner lid.
2. Extend the document input and output trays.
a. Lift up on the document input tray extension (1), and then flip up the hinged extension flap
(2).
b. Open the document output tray, and then flip up the hinged extension flap.
TIP: You can scan with the output tray closed, as shown below.
