ESC iXC1 Retrieve number of copies setting

Description
 Retrieves the number of copies specified to be printed.
 4-byte data is returned from the printer.
[1]: 02h (Fixed)
[2]: 00h (Fixed)
[3, 4]: nh3 nh4 settings
nh3+(nh4*256): Print start received character count
 The retrieved value is a value specified by a static command.
Example
 When the number of copies is set to 500:

Returned value: 02h 00h F4h 01h (F4h+01h*256=244+256=500)
