Listing Routes – Routes may be listed as described below.
The Route Display Options tab shows the status
conditions available to pick from.
At the beginning of the meter reading process, a
file is read in from the billing system. Accounts
must then be selected to load to collection
devices. By default, the box By Receive Date >=
is checked and the date entered is always one
week prior to the current date. Any route
received from the input file during this time may
be included. To select an earlier date for any
reason, click on the date drop down arrow and
select the date.
With the “Show by Status” option “Loaded and
Not Loaded” selected, click on Fill List to show
routes with that status.
The number of routes found with the selected
status is shown in red.
Click on the Routes tab to see a list of the routes.
