Viewing Reports
Here is a sample Unread Meter Report:
All screen reports have these features:
 Click on a column heading to sort data for that column in ascending order. Click on the
heading again to sort in descending order.
 A filter bar on the first line of the grid allows you to see only accounts that match criteria you
have entered. As you type in the cell for the column to be filtered, the records in the grid are
limited to the keywords or numbers you type.
 Navigate through account records by moving the cursor to a row in the grid or by using the
navigation buttons in the tool bar.
 To view the account record for an account listed in the grid, put the cursor on the record,
click, and then click Show Record on the tool bar.
 The red number in the tool bar refers to the total number of records in the report.
 To see a preview of the report and print it, click the Preview button in the tool bar.
