1. Using DeviceNet Observer select
Configuration under the
DeviceNet menu. Verify that
Analog Scans Between Updates
is 1/4 of I/O Scans/Sec value.
2. Verify Voltage sense leads are
installed correctly.
3. Using DeviceNet Observer select
Configuration under the
DeviceNet menu. Verify in Analog
Input Channels that the Hysteresis
settings are all 0.
4. Using DeviceNet Observer verify
that the correct schedule is select-
ed as active.
5. Verify all welding set point values
are within limits.
